Terms & Conditions: - Any information between the student party and the tutor must go through the company - The student and the tutor will not organise lessons without confirmation from the Alpha Academics Administrative Team, including private sessions outside of the company (such a circumstance incurs a penalty fee of $1000 AUD along with legal actions). Student party must pay directly to Alpha Academics ONLY - In the case of discontinuation, the student party must provide a minimum of 30 days of notice wherein they must continue sessions during this period (UNLESS it is a trial lesson) - In the case of rescheduling sessions, Alpha Academics must be contacted directly with confirmation with a recommendation of 48 hours of notice, if this does not occur then the lesson will be forfeited and refunds may not be permitted (special circumstances excluded). - Complaints must be made directly to Alpha Academics, feedback may be provided to the tutor - No harm must be placed on the tutor, and a safe working environment must be kept (eg.: classes should not be behind closed doors, and the session room must be accessible to the parent).
Specific Terms & Conditions: - Student Party will pay the PRICE AGREED UPON IN EMAIL for one-on-one lessons wherein total pay for the remainder of the term period must be made if continuing after the trial lesson at the same rate. - Lessons conducted outside these Term Dates (holiday classes) will be on the same hourly rate, however, lessons will be paid upfront for the holiday period inclusive.
